A Quick Blog Post because the recipe for one of my favorite smoothies deserves more than an instagram caption!

There are days when I love to sit and sip a beautiful cup of hot coffee- but many days I just don't have the time. I have a few different smoothies I batch prep in the freezer to dump in blend in the morning quickly. I'll share the other flavors here soon!
PB COFFEE SMOOTHIE
1/2 Frozen Banana (For Prep, I batch freeze about 6 bananas a week on sheet pans first)
4 - 5 Frozen Cauliflower Florets
1 Scoop Chocolate Premier Protein Powder (Or whichever you prefer, this is just my favorite low sugar brand!)
1 TBS Rolled Oats
1/2 tsp Chia Seeds
1 TBS Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
Scant 1/4 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk (Or add gradually if needed to help blend)
For the coffee you have two options:
1/2 Bottle of Boss Blend Cold Brew Coffee
Brew some coffee, like the Boss Babe Culture Blend and freeze into ice cubes and add 3.
Blend it all together and you're done! If you're using a single serving smoothie blender and the coffee cubes don't all fit, add them gradually as the smoothie is blended.
The best part about this smoothie - it is easy to prep ahead of time. Throw everything into a ziplock except the protein powder, almond milk and liquid cold brew (if using), if not, coffee cubes go right into the bag.
Dump it in the blender, add the rest and you're done!
